Why this concept exists. With 30+ agents, the question is not "what is this one doing" but "which one needs me". Tiles that need a human sort to the front by CSS order, not by recency — so an approval raised twenty minutes ago cannot drift below a chatty agent. Clicking any tile promotes it into the Bench without stopping the others.
